Mindfulness has been shown to decrease stress and increase memory and productivity. This seminar looks at the science behind mindfulness and the benefits for participants of all ages. It will then teach simple mindfulness practices. These can be delivered as:
I.) A once off, 2-hr seminar or
II.) A full programme of six 1-hr sessions.
I.) 2-HOUR SEMINAR
During the 2-hr session, participants learn about the latest neuroscience research into mindfulness as well as the benefits of its practice. The second part of the workshop is focused on learning three core mindfulness practices that are suited to the pressures of modern life.
II.) 6-WEEK MINDFULNESS PROGRAMME, 1-HOUR SEMINARS
During the 6-week programme, the participants learn in greater detail about both the neuroscience and the practice of mindfulness. Every session focuses on one new practice of mindfulness and allows the participants a longer experience of each approach. There are weekly mindfulness assignments and activities to complete in between each seminar.
