This seminar aims to bring awareness of mental health issues that face many teenagers. It explores how challenges to our mental health are often a culmination of several events and that struggles are a part of everyday life for everyone.  Designed by a psychotherapist, this seminar teaches practical steps on how to support friends and ask for help.



This talk explores the importance of a healthy lifestyle for the students’ physical and mental well-being. It teaches practical steps for implementing healthy choices, focussing on the four pillars of sleep, diet, exercise and mindfulness.
